Here are answers to some of the questions we’re asked most often.

Do you offer mobile tyre fitting services?

Yes. We provide professional mobile tyre fitting services throughout Norfolk, making it easy to have your tyres replaced at home, work, or roadside.

Do you carry out same day mobile tyre fitting callouts?

Our large range of stock enables us to carry out same day mobile tyre fitting at your location and at a time convenient to you. 

What areas do you cover with your mobile tyre service?

We provide mobile tyre fitting services across the whole of Norfolk, including Norwich, Thetford, King’s Lynn, Swaffham, Attleborough, North Norfolk and many surrounding towns and villages. If you are unsure whether we cover your area, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Can you replace my tyre at the roadside?

Yes our van can carry out roadside tyre replacements. We are also REACT certified enabling us to work safely roadside. We are also Michelin trained. 

What is REACT certification?

All roadside technicians should be certified to work at the roadside. REACT (Roadside Emergency Action Concerning Technicians) is a group within the NTDA (National Tyre Distributors Association) which monitors and trains roadside tyre technicians.

Do you repair punctures or fit customer-supplied tyres?

No. We only supply and fit brand-new tyres sourced by us. We do not carry out puncture repairs or fit tyres supplied by customers.

Can you fit my spare wheel?

No. Our service is focused on supplying and fitting new tyres only. If you need a spare wheel fitted, we recommend contacting your breakdown provider.

Do you operate from a garage?

No. We are a fully mobile tyre fitting service and do not have a garage premises. Please do not visit the registered office address, as appointments are carried out at your chosen location.

Do you work on modified vehicles?

Unfortunately, we are unable to carry out work on modified vehicles.

Do you provide wheel balancing?

Yes. Wheel balancing is included when we fit new tyres supplied by us. However, we do not offer balancing as a standalone service.

Do you remove locking wheel nuts?

No. Locking wheel nut removal is not a service we currently provide.
